KS95's G6 SUMMER GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

1.         HOW TO ENTER:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN; A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.  Void where prohibited.  There are two (2) ways to enter:

a.         KS95 Window Cling:  Pick up a KS95 window cling at any participating Holiday Stationstore from Friday, May 23, 2008, through Friday, August 15, 2008, or until supplies are depleted, whichever occurs first.  KS95 will also hand out window clings throughout the summer at its various live appearances (while supplies last).  A complete list of participating Holiday Stationstore locations will be available at www.ks95.com.  Limit, one window cling per person per location. 

b.         Taco Bell Giveaway.  From 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 23, 2008, through 5:30 p.m. on Monday, August 11, 2008, visit www.CravingsToGo.com and enter both the date and order number from a participating Border Foods companies Taco Bell restaurant, along with your name, address and daytime telephone number; or send your name, address and daytime telephone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper postmarked by August 11, 2008, to:  Taco Bell Pontiac G6 Key Giveaway, c/o Border Foods Companies, 965 Decatur Avenue North, Golden Valley, Minnesota  55427.  Limit one entry per person per day during the term of this contest for the Taco Bell form of entry whether it be via the website or first class mail.  From all eligible entries received via this means of entry (both mail and website entries), two (2) names will be randomly drawn at the Taco Bell/Border Foods Corporation offices; the winners will be contacted by Friday, August 15, 2008.

Limit:  a person may only qualify once for this contest, and only one qualifier per household. 

2.         HOW TO PLAY: 

KS95 Window Cling:

Pick up a KS95 window cling at any participating Holiday Stationstore from Friday, May 23, 2008, through Friday, August 15, 2008, or until supplies are depleted, and place the window cling in a visible location on your licensed vehicle.  KS95 will also hand out window clings throughout the summer at its various live appearances (while supplies last).  A complete list of participating Holiday Stationstore locations will be available at www.ks95.com.  Note that webcasts of KS95’s programming are typically on a delayed basis, which may affect a webcast listener’s ability to participate in this contest.  KS95 will not accept collect calls.

            Qualifiers:  During the term of this contest, KS95 will qualify up to 95 listeners to participate in the grand prize key starting event.  Listeners are eligible to become qualified to win a key as explained in Paragraphs A-D below.  Note that webcasts of KS95’s programming are typically on a delayed basis, which may affect a webcast listener’s ability to participate in this contest.  KS95 will not accept collect calls.

A.        Live Appearances.  KS95 on-air personalities will appear at the following dates and times, and will call-out a license plate number of a vehicle at each of the appearances.

i.          Friday, May 23, 2008:

a.         6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 1325 East Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 8:20 a.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

b.         10:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at Larry Reid’s Arrow Buick Pontiac GMC at 1111 East Highway 110, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Larry Reid’s Arrow Buick Pontiac GMC to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 12:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

c.         2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 9933 Ulysses Street N.E., Blaine, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 4:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

ii.          Saturday, May 24, 2008:

a.         11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 200 South Wabasha, St. Paul, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 1:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

b.         3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 1381 Greenwood Court, Shakopee, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 5:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

iii.         Sunday, May 25, 2008:

a.         9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.  A KS95 representative will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 10100 County Road No. 9, Plymouth Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 10:20 a.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize e.

b.         11:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon.  A KS95 representative will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 1465 White Oak Drive, Chaska, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 12:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

iv.         Monday, May 26, 2008:

a.         4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  A KS95 representative will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 12681 Chestnut Boulevard, Shakopee, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 5:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

v.         Tuesday, May 27, 2008:

            a.         7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 5720 Excelsior Boulevard, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 8:20 a.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

            b.         4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 1301 Industrial Boulevard, N.E., Minneapolis, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 5:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

vi.         Wednesday, May 28, 2008:

            a.         7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 1920 Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 8:20 a.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.

            b.         4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  A KS95 on-air personality will be at the Holiday Stationstore located at 3615 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, Minnesota, and will ask KS95 listeners to come to the Holiday Stationstore to either pick up a window cling, or if they already have a window cling, to come to the appearance, to be eligible to become that location’s qualifier.  From this appearance, a KS95 representative will choose, at his/her sole and absolute discretion, the license plate number of one vehicle that was at the 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. appearance and that had a window cling on it, and at 5:20 p.m. on KS95 an on-air personality will call out the license plate number, and that person will have fifteen (15) minutes to call KS95 at 651-989-KS95 (5795) to win one of the qualifier keys and be eligible to win the grand prize.
