How To Enter
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person. The contest begins when posted on November 9, 2009 and all entries must be received by November 27th, 2009 at 11:59 pm.
2. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other contest information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Contest or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted.
The Prize(s)
1. 150 pairs of tickets to KDWB's Jingle Ball 2009 will be available for contest prizing. The minimum retail value of the each prize awarded is $40.
2. Winner will be notified by email. Winner will be required to confirm their prize within 2 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a prize or prize notification is not claimed within 2 days of initial contact, the prize is null and void. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.
3. Prizes can not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
4. The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

A. Mail-in Entry Requirements. Send your entry to Border Foods Companies, ATTN: Marketing, 965 Decatur Ave. North, Golden Valley, MN 55427with the following hand-written information:
1. First and Last Name;
2. Mailing Address (Street, City, State, ZIP Code and Country)
3. Date of Birth; and
4. Specify the contest that you would like to participate in.
All Mail-in Entries must be postmarked at least ten (10) days and no more than twenty (20) days from the requested start date.
No more than one (1) Mail-in entry during the twenty (20) day period from the date of postage will be accepted; and you may not send more than 1 entry in a single envelope.
No copies, reproductions or facsimiles will be accepted. Border Foods will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due.
ANY MAIL-IN ENTRY THAT FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND WILL BE DESTROYED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DUTY OR OBLIGATION TO YOU OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE WHATSOEVER
